ITINERARY

THURSDAY, July 18, 2024
We
lcome Happy Hour. Seattle sparkles at the horizon as you join all of your workout buddies at Nora’s house. Then, it's off in smaller groups for dinner at a restaurant of your choice.
FRIDAY, July 19
Start the day with group Pilates on Nora’s lawn overlooking the Puget Sound, followed by a 3-mile walk to
 the Bay Hay nursery/cafe/gift store. Later, we’ll visit the Japanese American Exclusion Memorial and explore downtown Winslow with its award-winning art museum. Group dinner at Doc’s Marina Grill.
SATURDAY, July 20
Another morning fitness class on the lawn. Then, we'll stroll the Bloedel Reserve, a world-renowned botanical garden. Your afternoon is free for kayaking, pickleball (invented on
Bainbridge!) or meditation at Halls Hill Labyrinth. Farewell Dinner at Nora’s house.
SUNDAY, July 21
On your own. Tour Bainbridge Island wineries, rent an e-bike, 
take the ferry to Seattle or just relax. Safe travels home.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Make your own reservations at a Bainbridge Island hotel, AirBnB. or campground. Make reservations EARLY. July is prime tourist season on Bainbridge Island.

ACTIVITIES FEE: $150/person. Includes Welcome Happy Hour, fitness classes, Bloedel Reserve admission, dinner at Doc's Marina Grill and Farewell Dinner. Deposit ($50) due at registration. Balance ($100) due by February 1, 2024.


LIMIT 16. Online Fit with Nora members only. A wait list will be activated after 16 attendees register.


THE FINE PRINT: The Activities Fee is nontransferable and nonrefundable unless the Retreat is cancelled. Itinerary subject to change. Please no pets. Use mine. Covid-cautious protocols will be in effect including testing before arrival. (Hey, I have asthma — I have to be careful.)
